HELIUS XENON - NEW INTERNAL WIRE

New internal wire will be fitted.

Here we can see the old factory made harness.
The internal wires are soldered to the external… this is the best connection.

Full bearing check clean and adjustment was needed on this arm.

And work starts on the brand new harness with silver wire and OFC copper external cables.

Customer also wanted his styli’s checked with my health check service.

Bearing shafts look fine.

Rewire finished and it looks fantastic!

Was a nice job and I really enjoyed working on this arm.
Brought back some old memories...
