These arms are hand made to exactly your spec!!
The pu7 arm is available in any colour or length and it has a
linn or rega base fitting.
It's basically a syrinx pu3 with all the mods the hifi reviewers
mentioned, and deluxe models also come with a damper troff at
the arm cue.
The arm tube is foam damped.
Adjustable height and azimuth.
The effective mass can be tuned to your selection of cartridges
approx. 11 - 20 grams.
The arm lengths can be 9-12inch depending on what you want.
The 4 ball races are extremely high quality units.
There are 2 types of bell housing and arm tubes available, brass
or alloy.
It takes me about 1 month to make 1 arm from scratch.

This is a unique chance to purchase a very special version of
this product.
The PU 2 tone arm is a highly desirable tone arm for any
turntable sprung chassis or solid alike.
The original pu2 had the external cable mounted under the arm
board in a fixed fashion, this made it impossible to remove the
arm from turntable to turntable. This has now been addressed and
my new mod makes the arm much more user friendly, similar to the
PU 3 design but with a cardas 5 pin plug... so the cable is
removable!!!!
I'm sure Scott Strachan would approve.
Unlike many syrinx arms being sold on ebay that spring up from
time to time, this arm, it has perfect bearings with better than
factory bearings specs and much better internal wiring... it's a
testament to my work at "Audio origami"
The horizontal bearings can now swing well over 20 times in a
static swing test. The vertical are well within the factory
10-20 swings
FEATURES:
With the new linn type mounting base plate I have developed it
can fit any linn type mounting hole or even a syrinx pu3
mounting hole. It also boasts a standard fitting 5 pin cardas
connector at the base of the arm, all done by "Audio Origami"

The new modified base also allows the arm to be raised about 20
mm higher than standard, if needed to fit thicker platter
turntables.
HISTORY:
I have had very many syrinx arms in my collection (and for
repair)over the years this arm I've had for a long time and we
have had a lot of fun together. It used to be confined to a linn
board, but now its liberated!!!
I have completely stripped and rebuilt the unit with some new
parts and upgraded the earthing to the latest version that the
factory did, with the earth wire into the arm tube rear.
When I got it, it was missing the finger lift, arm cue and arm
rest. I have remade these parts to match the original bits.
The finish on the bearing housing is good but has been marked
with the mass ring 3 mounting screws at some time in the past,
but this causes no problem with the sound, and the mass ring is
not recommended and not supplied with this arm.
The finish on the black arm tube is not the best I have seen,
but would be described as reasonable and well used.
The original horizontal bearings like ALL pu2s was getting
tight, so I replaced them, as I do in top quality services on
these units.
The original wire was the silk wound copper wire, the loam had
no 5th wire earth wire and had intermittent humming and breaking
earth connection, before I replaced it with the god like cardas
33ga, and separate earth.
The head shell is original and 2 new stainless steel screws are
supplied.
2 AO finger lifts are supplied a black and a polished aluminium
finish.
2 AO bios weights are supplied a standard weight and a heavy.
A Cardas gold right angle external with a super ofc balanced
soft cable with gold phonos is supplied
I do a lot of repairs to syrinx arms. I have remade a few pu3s
with some interesting mods and even some pu7 arms.
